Halifax Country Musician Nominated for 5 Josie Awards
HALIFAX – Andrew Frelick, a Halifax based country artist, was recently nominated for 5 Josie Awards in the Modern Country Category.
The Josie Awards is an all genre music award show and ceremony that is held annually in Nashville, Tennessee. Reported to be the largest independent artist award show in the world, it celebrates the hard working, independent musicians and industry professional from Canada and the US.
Having performed at both the 2015 and the 2016 Josie Awards, Frelick has already taken home his share of hardware from Nashville. Winning Modern Country Male Artist Song Of The Year award for "Unlove You" and "Country Blast Radio Charting Award" in 2016.
This year, Frelick has been nominated in the Modern Country category for “Song of the Year” for “When I Was Little”, “Male Artist of the Year”, “Entertainer of the Year”, “Male Vocalist of the Year”, and “Collaboration of the year” for “’Till I Found Love” with Faith Numada.“
